Thirty years of showing up, on the same lake.
Reliable Services is a local company that started in Kings Beach in 1996 with a truck, a mower, and a promise that turned into our motto: one call does it all.
A local company, built on repeat customers
As a local company, Reliable Services has been maintaining North Lake Tahoe homes since 1996. What began as yard work for a handful of neighbors grew, one referral at a time, into a full service company handling cleaning, landscape, snow, repairs, and year round property care for homeowners, second home owners, and rental managers from Tahoe City to Incline Village.
As a local company, living here is the qualification. We know which driveways ice over first, which slopes need holding, and how fast a vacant house can go wrong in February. That is why most of our work still comes from the same clients, season after season.
As a licensed, bonded, and TRPA certified landscape contractor, we do the work to the standards the basin requires, and treat the lake like the neighbor it is.
Founded in Kings Beach and still headquartered in Kings Beach.
Certified landscape contractor, licensed, bonded, and insured.
Our own trained, background checked staff, never day labor.
pH neutral, lake conscious products on every cleaning job.
Four things we do not compromise on
Show up when we say
Scheduled visits happen on schedule. If a storm changes the plan, you hear it from us first, not from an empty driveway.
Send the same crew
Familiar faces in green shirts who know your gate code, your dog, and which floors take the soft mop — that is what a local company built on repeat customers looks like.
Protect the surfaces
Eco friendly, pH neutral products for stone, wood, and natural finishes. No shortcuts that cost you a refinish later.
Stand behind the work
A satisfaction guarantee that means what it says: tell us what is off and we come back and fix it.
